Platinum Package: This package is for you only if you want a top-notch event with every single detail planned. This is the package that’ll have your attendees raving about your seminar for years to come! Some of the services included in this package:
- All services in Gold package
- Site selection with travel to site, if needed
- Coordination of multiple meals, receptions and networking events
- Design and coordination of themed events
- Coordination of advanced audio/video requirements
Speaker Care: You’ve worked hard to find the perfect guest speakers to share their insight with your audience, so let us show them how much you value their contributions. Event Captain will work with you to ensure that their every need is attended to – from arranging their transportation to the hotel... to having a staff member greet them upon arrival... to sending them a thank you gift.
Promotional Items: We can keep your company and event in front of your customers’ minds by handing out promotional items at your event. Not sure what to have at your event? Event Captain can find and order the products, too!
Breakouts: Want to run bonus sessions during, before or after your event? We can arrange every detail involved with getting meeting space for breakout sessions, which is a vital part of any seminar.
Inbound Registration: How will you handle reservations to your event? A designated person should be available to take registration calls, but if you don’t have the available staff to do this, we can take care of it for you!
