We had a party of 12. We went bowling, played arcade games and rented a karaoke room. The bowling was fun, but trying to find the right sized ball was tough. Your choices were a very heavy ball or a lightweight ball with tiny finger holes. They just didn't have enough of the medium weight balls around 8 lbs.
The arcade games are comparative in pricing to a lot of other places like Big Al's or Dave& Buster's. There are a lot of claw games and they are very difficult to win. A lot of people play them but we did not see very many with winnings.
The karaoke room was a lot of fun. It's very spacious and you can bring a cake in there for celebration purposes. You can also order food and drinks to the room. The system works really well, but the constant advertisements about the system between songs really cuts your time down. You pay by the hour but you really only get 40 minutes between learning how the system works and waiting for the ads to run their course.
They had a very good variety of food and drinks to choose from. The staff is decent, nothing extraordinary to note.
Some areas smell a little weird. I'm not an expert but it seems like the carpets don't dry completely when they get steam cleaned.
Fun place for the whole family to enjoy! New games have been added all around the center. Bowling and arcade is a perfect combination for a fun date. Bathrooms are clean and the whole center is clean. Tends to get hot near all the prize machines. Fresh near the entrance.
The claw machines were the weakest I have ever seen. We used most of our $55 card and all we were able to get was a tiny stuffed cow on a total fluke play. Some people were leaving with armfuls of plushies though so it must be possible to win if you know some tricks. For a random person it seems impossible.
We also got a time based card figuring there would be a good selection of games to play just for fun. There were maybe two machines that accepted it, and we couldn't even play a two player game because it couldn't be swiped that often.
The staff was friendly and the location was clean and comfortable, but the actual arcade is nowhere near worth it.
We came in to ask for a karaoke room and was told to put our name on the waitlist. Staff told us it would be around 20 minutes. Checked back in at 30 minutes and was told our room was accidentally given to someone else. Manager told us the waitlist wasn’t loading — well whose fault was that? Poor customer experience and no accountability, not even an apology. Told us to wait an additional 25 for the next room… and hopefully they won’t make the same mistake. We decided to leave as it wasn’t worth wasting our time on a Friday night waiting around. 🤦🏻♀️
There's an abundance of arcade games from the newest dance game to good old fashion carnival type games, air hockey, photo booth, skee ball and claw machine prize games ... basically something for everyone. They also have a prize room to trade your earned credits for knick knacks, stuffies or gaming consoles to name a few.
Not only are there several bowling lanes, shoes are decent and their system allows you to try on different pairs in case you're in between sizes or have different socks on (yes they sell socks too). Lights and screens keep everyone entertained while waiting their turn and sometimes have surprise challenges during your game. Nearby they have a food court so yiu don't have to leave to go across the mall to buy something to eat. Current offerings are decent looking Ramen bowls, and normal chicken strips, fries and drinks.
In addition, there are private Kareoke rooms that can be rented out for groups or couples and they're pretty sound proof.
Restrooms are always clean with a nice gentlemen posted outside so people don't tag it up or make a mess which I appreciated. He's polite and personable!
Overall a great place to hang out for a few hours ... one star knocked off because certain parts of the arcade is ALWAYS blowing HOT air (we've been here in Spring, Summer and now Fall) and it gets uncomfortable at times when you're trying to enjoy some of the games towards the back.
