What a great way to spend a sunny day. I went on a Friday that was only a test day, not a race day. Turned out to be fabulous for a first time there experience. The facilities are nice. Plenty of bathrooms. Food options are slim and not open in parallel to track hours. Had a fun ride along zooming around the track.
Who doesn’t love watching cool cars chase each other on the blacktop. The sound of acceleration. The smell of rubber.

It's always a fun course to watch races. The shuttle for handicap parking was convenient. The parking for handicap needs to be better streamlined.
Military and Veteran discount.
I took my grandson to watch the drag races for his first time. It blew his mind, and mine. It was quite expensive, but the experience was undoubtedly the best we have ever had. We're looking forward to going back many times. I do recommend you take sunscreen. The sunburn is real....
This year unfortunately Handicapped parking had several issues due to A lawsuit. It was so inconvenient with people who have wheelchairs. Especially, since I had the amazing idea to bring my granddaughter and toddler. This year was cooler yet so many new rules all I heard the whole day was complaining. It would've been nice to be prepared for these new rules and would've been way easier to be dropped off then to deal with the pain of lugging strollers and walkers to the Handicapped area. Thankfully I meet some great staff who transported me back in a cart so I didn't have to squeeze onto the bus and helpful people who had to hold my stroller so I could sit with the babys. I had to leave early to get up the hill before the crowds yet it was worth it.
Always a great time at the Nascar race. Lots of food options and super flexible bag policy. Only bummer is that they changed the porta potty situation at turn 9 and restrooms were not adequate.
