Our group of 6 chose to do the Medieval Times escape room and it was so much fun!! Dylan was such a great game master! He was really nice & had a positive and helpful attitude!! He definitely went above and beyond for us! We will definitely return.
A great and magical place! Me and my grandma came here together and did the Wizard themed escape room. It was super fun and so magical! We had wands that interacted with things and there were many unexpected things. The person who was working there, Dylan, helped us when we needed it and he was super nice to us. I recommend it for anyone in San Francisco! It was worth the money. You do need to book in advance, but you can do it on same day. This was probably THE BEST escape room I've been to. :)
Dylan was an excellent game master! He was cheerful, attentive, and patient with us when we struggled to understand his hints. (And that’s a reflection on us, not him!) We had a great time and would love to come back and try out their other rooms ☺️
We had an amazing time at PanIQ Room, and a big part of that was thanks to Dylan! He was an excellent host—friendly, enthusiastic, and really set the tone for an exciting experience. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were fully immersed in the game. The escape room itself was well-designed with creative puzzles that kept us engaged from start to finish. The challenges were just the right level of difficulty, making for a fun and rewarding experience. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get Dylan as your game master!

a month agoThe Red Wire was so much fun for out family of 6. 10 year olds to the 55 year old had so much fun! Highly recommend and Dylan was a great host!
