One Up Balloons

Used One Up Party for a hotel surprise and it turned out amazing. The balloons and flowers looked exactly like the photos and the setup was done perfectly. Everything was on time and communication was easy. Would 100% recommend for any occasions!

I fully understand that every business is free to set its own prices, and I respect that. The real problem is charging premium prices without delivering a service that reflects that standard. If your team were properly trained, the employee who assisted me would not have spent over 30 minutes messaging someone on WhatsApp—without clear answers—while I waited. After that unnecessary delay, I was still wrongly accused of opening a product, without any factual verification. When I asked for the box to be opened in front of me, it was clear that nothing had been opened or damaged. On top of that, I was incorrectly informed that the purchase was final sale, which is simply not true and was never disclosed at the time of purchase. This is a serious issue, as transparency is the minimum expectation from a business that positions itself as a premium, national brand. Refunding the purchase does not erase the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress caused by poor service and misinformation. Quality is not defined by price or scale, but by training, professionalism, and how customers are treated when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience only reinforces my decision not to return. A business that claims to operate at a higher standard should ensure its team reflects that standard at every level. First review **** This was the last time I used One Up Party. First of all, the prices for their decoration services are extremely high. I received a quote for my birthday that was around $3,000. Up to that point, that’s fine — every business sets its own prices, and customers choose whether to pay or not. Because of that, I decided to hire a decorator through Marketplace and went to the store only to purchase balloons, the arch, and the balloon pump. On the day of my birthday, the decorator informed me that she already had all the necessary accessories, but that she could use my balloons. When I returned to the store to return the items, I was initially accused of having opened the box, which is not true. I even asked the employee to open the box in front of me to check if any packages were torn or opened, and there were none. After that, I was told the purchase was final sale — something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase — and there was also no receipt provided. Although they eventually refunded my money, it only happened after wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. This was just one of the issues I’ve had with this store. Unfortunately, every year there is always some kind of problem, and because of that, I’ve decided that I will no longer shop there. There are many other party decoration stores that take their customers much more seriously.

It’s very cute, like the picture. The delivery person also helped me deliver the cake to my home, with very warm service. The bakers are awesome

I’m absolutely saddened!!! First off,, paid extra for early delivery… an 1/12 after latest delivery time it finally arrived.. the “ balloon bouquet” was nothing but a joke for the almost $180 I paid.. it was missing the “ happy birthday” balloon,, and the # 6 balloon wasn’t even attached.. completely separate..

Amazing! 🤩 I’m in the UK and my husband is in Canada for work. I ordered balloons and cake to celebrate his birthday. Judy, Shelly and the team took care of everything, despite the time difference, and delivered exactly what I ordered, on time! Fantastic!
