2 weeks agoWe decided to do a micro-wedding here with only close friends and family without seeing the place in person, and we are so glad we did! We brought in lots of battery powered candles and did our own decorations that didn’t need to be hanging. It created such a magical and cozy space. This spot has everything and more that we needed for bartending, cooking, relaxing, and entertaining. You can tell the place has been well loved and used over the years, but that made us feel more at home. This was one of the best vacations we have ever taken and we are so glad we went here.

10 months agoWe celebrated our marriage here with 25 of our closet friends and family, and were plenty comfortable! The host was amazing and so accomediating, he added an extra day when I asked months after we had already booked, always responded so quickly, and had donuts to great us when we walked in! There was so much to do here, we loved playing jackbox in the movie room, enjoyed winding down in the massage chairs and hot tub at night. We loved taking a nature walk on the trail. The best thing was this place was beautiful, but everything was anchored down or set up high so I NEVER worried about my toddler getting hurt or breaking something. This was truly an amazing stay, it was an EXPERIENCE. Thank you Nordic Hill Manor for helping create amazing memories!

3 years agoWe had a lovely stay at the here to celebrate our friends wedding. We absolutely loved bar station taking turns being bartender, watching scary movies in the theater room. My personal favorite thing was the massage chairs! They were great for winding down in the evening or waking up in the morning. I forgot my bathing suits so I did not try out the hot tube but my friends said it was wonderful. The kitchen, bar, and rooms came fully stocked with all the tool and things we need to cook, mix, and clean up. Once again We loved staying at the Nordic Hill Manor and hope to one day come again

4 years agoFriends had a wedding outside there. Overall love the older feel with newer touches. -Bath tubs were quite roomy. -One of the wall outlets in a bedroom didn't work. -The carpets could be updated as well as the chairs. -Kitchen was really good. -The theater worked well the chairs in there also weren't the greatest. The lighting controls made up for it. -Hot tub had its own room and was very warm. -Outside the manor needs some TLC but it's understandable given the pandemic. -The piano was fun to attempt. -Apparently there's resident eagles living in the area, they swooped down to the watering hole out back (Brides lucky animal) -The bed in my room was particularly hard (I didn't mind myself) -The house has a lot of cool unique decor which brought character. -The walls are thin and when downstairs it's thumpy hearing groups walk up. -I did really like the place and recommend for a weekend. I just wanted to point out the things that might make or break someone's experience.
