What to Expect

Magic Mirror Photo Booth: 2 hours $630 | 3 hours $840 | 4 hours $1000

  • Delivery and Setup of the Photobooth within the Greater Vancouver Area
  • *An additional fee may be added on for events in locations that are more than 30km away
  • Minimum 3 hour booking on Saturday nights
  • Rates include all fees and taxes!
  • Professional on-site attendant – (2) High Quality 4×6″ OR (2) 2×6 Prints – Custom photo designs
  • Unlimited pictures taken
  • Your choice of colour or black and white photos
  • Digital photos via QR code, email & text
  • Secured online gallery of photos – DSLR Camera
  • Themed props
  • Choice of backdrop
  • Studio lighting included
  • VIP red carpet & stanchions

Once the contract is signed & the deposit is received then we will confirm your booking. We require at least 50% of the rental fee as a deposit, and it can be sent to info@hwphotobooths.ca with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before the event date.

Rentals outside of our business hours of 9 am – 11 pm are subject to additional fees

About the Vendor

HW Photobooths will leave you with a lasting memory of your special occasion. Having a photobooth at your event will give you and your guests a glimpse into the fun that everyone is having and will provide a gathering place for people to socialize. Even while you and your guests are enjoying other aspects of your event, a photobooth provides you with the opportunity to capture those special memories to look back on!
