FUN AND INTERESTING EXPERIENCE!!
I'd recommend this for couples too, not just for families and kids. I took my Fiancée here for a date, and she absolutely loved it. We did the Escape AI experience, and I'd definitely recommend it!
I'd say do at least a level 2 (out of 3) difficulty, maybe even 3 since our one wasn't too hard at all.

We had an amazing time with Abby! She was incredibly engaging and made sure everyone felt included from start to finish. The games were creative, interactive, and perfectly balanced between fun and challenge. Highly recommend for any event — we’re already looking forward to booking again!
We recently celebrated my child’s 10th birthday at Immersive Game – Stonestown branch. While the game itself was fun and the kids enjoyed playing, the birthday package and promised service were very disappointing.
We were charged $100 upfront for decorations, but there was nothing set up for a birthday celebration. The table was plain black with no balloons, no decorations, and no party favors suitable for a 10-year-old boy’s birthday. The small bottled waters provided were part of the regular game experience and not specific to the birthday package.
Despite having a birthday party for 13 kids, there were not enough chairs reserved for our guests, which made things uncomfortable and poorly organized.
One positive note: the female staff member was very kind and helpful. However, the male staff member was very quiet and reserved, and overall the service did not meet expectations for a paid birthday event.
Although the game itself was enjoyable, I would not recommend this location for hosting children’s birthday parties due to the lack of promised birthday services.

my host destiny was such an amazing worker, bright and cheerful worker and I’m really glad that me and my dad had her to help us throughout our time here! it made the experience very enjoyable and will definitely come back to play the other games we have not tried yet :-)
My group had an absolute blast!!!! I didn’t know what to expect and was afraid you’d have to wear bulky helmets, but that’s not the case at all! Jose got us all set up, was so helpful, and had some crucial tips for the Squid Games! I highly recommend that game and try to beat our score of 80B! They do have drinks for sale too! This would be fun for birthdays, socials, team events. And I’ll definitely be back!
