Customer service is amazing. We made a mistake booking and they let us take a look and see if our kids wanted to try. They were gracefully gave us a refund since the kids didn’t want to do it. Thanks so much for the great service and understanding.
It was a great outing with coworkers. The games were fun to play— I played ‘Lava on the Floor’ and ‘Squid Games.’ It was a good group experience. The staff were friendly and eager to help. We had around 20–25 members. They also allow food inside, which was convenient.

The games are interactive and collaborative, which made it perfect for a group celebration. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It’s a great mix of tech, entertainment, and social fun, definitely a memorable and stress free party option. Highly recommended for anyone looking to do something different and exciting for a birthday!
