Super fun experience! Our entire group enjoyed themselves, we will all first timers, but got the hang of it really quickly. The instructors were very efficient in teaching us how to throw the different sized axes. We will gladly come back!
I had way more fun than I thought I would here. Firstly the worker here was very informative and pretty funny and super freaking nice (dude with the tattoo on his head, sorry forgot his name) and I thought an hour + would be way too long but we were so into the throwing and doing the little axe points games that we didn’t realize our time was up. I definitely recommend it here, I came on a Monday and it was completely empty but I’m sure on the weekends it’s packed and fun!
Had so much fun! Thomas was awesome, taught me a newbie how to quickly throw, and my skilled date some cool throws. Definitely recommend! Next time going during Glow in the dark.
This place lit. The instructors are super nice. We went on Friday at 7.30pm it wasnt crowded at all. We booked slots online and showed up on time. Enjoyed the time here.
This was my first time trying the whole axe throwing craze and it was actually really fun. My husband and I (older couple) were looking for something fun and new to do on a Sunday after brunch, and he found Axeventures. Sunday late morning wasn't very busy so we easily made an online reservation. It was a little pricey at $41/person but you get 75 minutes to throw.
Luca was the on-site staff and he was awesome. He was friendly but not fake, professional but not cold, and extremely knowledgeable without being snotty. He explained everything in detail and made it fun. He checked on us several times while we were there just to make sure all was okay and to see if we needed any help or had questions. Even his taste in music was killer! It all made for a really awesome and fun date day.
Other people came in while we were there; a father and two young children and another couple. It seemed like everyone was having fun! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have some unconventional fun.
