Fun axe & tomahawk throwing experience for casual team competitions at Smah Kingdown

This will probably get deleted by the owner but here goes it. My friend was recently diagnosed with a life long illness. His birthday is coming up and instead of doing the usual dinner and bowling, I wanted to take him to a rage room to blow off some steam. My other good friend found this place and sent me the link. I went ahead and booked the reservation. Come to find out it’s located in California, not New York, where we live. That was a mistake on my end, however, I was completely taken aback by how terrible the owner was. Reservation was booked at 8:23pm and I called at 8:29pm and kindly asked for a refund as I paid $249.66 which to me is not a small amount of money. He asked if I had reviewed the refund policy (which you have to go digging for) to which I replied no and that I hadn’t seen it. He said that it’s not fair to his other customers who would want to book, which made no sense because there was another time slot available for another party of 6….and I had just made the reservation not even 5 minutes before I called. Long story short, my partner got involved after hearing this man say he’s taking our money and running. Luckily the credit card company is looking into this. I’m not one to leave bad reviews because I know some customers can be awful. However, there’s a difference between being a business owner, and just owning a business. Save your money, you never know where crooks are hiding.

My cousin found this place while he and I were looking for something to do as of this day. We decided to come to Smash Kingdom in DTO and it was our first time coming to a “rage room” type establishment. The two people that own the business were really helpful and friendly. It was an enjoyable time using sledgehammers and bats to destroy bottles and windshields. I forgot to add the price of time and destroying whatever objects you choose is fair. I really recommending going with friends or family to have fun here because this place changed my mood and I was ready to cause some destruction. Also thank you Lay Lay :)

Super fun, super chill, my KIDS loved it. Brought my daughter for her bday & she brought her friend & her sister and they had about 5seconds of being shy & then....... they raged. Lol it was a good outlet for whatever they had pent up & everybody left real happy totally recomend this place!! I'm comin back with my man for date night for SURE!

Absolutely worth the trip! Teryon was great! He arrived on time and got us in our room ready to smash! When he asked if we have done this before, I shared my experience from another business like this on and they did not deliver. Teryon set up our space and provided us with great customer service.

This was such an incredible experience! I went with a group of 8 other people for the smash room. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even brought us all water after. :) Everyone in my group had a blast. We all want to go back here again, and maybe add the paint splatter room or axe throwing next time. Cost was more affordable than the other rage room I’ve been to, especially when you divide it between a bunch of people. Great selection of materials to break. They also have helmets (plus safety goggles, face shields, gloves etc.). The place let us use their Bluetooth speaker so we could play music while destroying everything. SO CATHARTIC, absolutely recommend
