Old Town Putt Boosts Event Sales 35% with More Corporate Bookings

Old Town Putt is an indoor mini golf and entertainment venue in Fort Collins, Colorado, with a laid-back atmosphere, local beers on tap, and plenty of group-friendly activities. It’s a favorite for birthdays, date nights, and team outings.

Owner Dana knew corporate events were the key to unlocking more revenue, but before Event Captain, most bookings came on weekends, leaving weekday and off-hour slots empty.

Before partnering with Event Captain, Old Town Putt:

• Relied on weekend traffic for most of its revenue
• Had few corporate bookings compared to other events
• Rarely filled off-hours or closed days with profitable buyouts

Event Captain helped Old Town Putt build a real pipeline. Every corporate planner lived in Event Captain, where Dana could see how many had events planned in the upcoming quarter and know follow-up was happening at the right time, turning inquiries into bookings and bookings into repeat business.

Since working with Event Captain, Old Town Putt has:

• Increased event sales by 35% year over year
• Booked a steady stream of corporate events throughout the year
• Filled more weekday and off-hour slots than ever before
• Begun planning an expansion into the unit next door to meet growing demand
